My stay at this hotel was unacceptable. The room was dirty, I found a cockroach in the shower, the mattress was broken, and the curtains did not close properly. There was no functioning air conditioning, so I spent the night in unbearable heat.
Despite charging guests $58.00 in advance for damages,
This was a terrible which is returned in the morning, yet the room itself was in poor condition: blankets had cigarette burns, the room smelled unpleasant, and overall it was poorly maintained. experience, and I strongly believe this hotel does not meet the quality standards Expedia customers de expect.
