Disappointing Service and Rooms

When we arrived, they didn’t have our reservation and would not honor our PAID receipt. Even when hotels.com called them, they would not give us a room. It was late, the baby was crying, so we just rebooked at the desk- and then they wouldn’t honor the price we had gotten online. When we finally got to our rooms, my parent’s room’s toilet was clogged and our room had no soap.

I like the amenities given such as the airport shuttle, pool and jacuzzi and gym. I feel like the continental breakfast should of had different choose. It was definitely not gluten free. Maybe add some fruit or eggs.
