Waited 30 mins for the free shuttle, when it showed up it was already nearly full and they had room for only 2 and they was 4 in my party. Driver said to wait another 30 minutes, outside, and 130am. Took an Uber instead of that and when we got to the hotel it took forever to get checked in. We finally got our rooms at probably 230, and i called for a late checkout. Manager said 1130 is the best we can do. So i put the Do Not Disturb sign on the door, and at 9am they started knocking anyway. Then again at 11:10. I asked the guy if he saw the sign on the door and he just pointed at his clipboard and said checkout is at 11. I asked why he knocked at 9, and was given no real answer. I get it, i'm not a custumor, I am an inconvenience of some sort and service means nothing, just get out of my way so i can clean the room, now.

Staff at check in was rude didnt confirm the amount and we were not charged the amount we booked the room for . It was $71 more . Had to have feont desk fix in the morning right before we had to catch the airport shuttle which almost made us miss it .
