Fantastic little property in a quiet residential setting. Likely the best communication from an owner. Best of all was the Three Doggo welcoming conmittee! Super sweet dogs, even if they don't appreciate Freddie King style guitar...lol. Definitely on the repeat visit list!

The neighborhood was nice, we felt safe, and the suite was clean, comfortable, beautifully decorated, and had all the accommodations we needed. The owner's communication was ideal. This place offers a large clean comfortable basement room and bath accessible through a separate entrance at the back of the house. The bathroom is a beautifully and recently renovated. Kelli responded promptly to any questions I had.

This was one of my most favorite Vrbo stays! Starting off the kindness and helpfulness of the host started off the stay off right before we even got there! The check in process was seamless! The wide range of amenities from an abundant amount of towels, any toiletries that you could need including a cute razor, fan and heater, umbrella, fully stocked coffee and really everything you could need plus things that you never even thought about! The attention to detail and cleanliness made this stay so so comfortable! The host was very fast with communication and so helpful! The fact that the host didn’t require us to do so many things before leaving also added another layer of why this stay was so relaxing!! If I was in Denver I would stay here everytime!:)
