Book on hotel website and not through hotels.com

Apparently hotels.com does not play well in reserving rooms. I booked two rooms with two queen in each. When I got to the hotel there was only one room with 2 queen beds. The other room had one king. Sleeping on the pull-out sofa was uncomfortable at best. Overall the hotel was nice but there is some disconnect in communication when booking this hotel using hotels.com. I will book directly through the hotel from now on

Would give this 6+ or more stars if possible. Just opened in fall of 2024 and everything very clean and well appointed. Great staff. There is a little traffic noise from the interstate, but not noticeable after dark. Small price to pay for convenient access to interstate. Nice breakfast room with good choices. Great bed! And very reasonable for what you get. Can't recommend enough.

No courtyard, no place to sit outside. Dogs poop on west side of building where wind comes from. Tv guide is on 1 channel with the channels numbered not listed such discovery, disney. No HBO or netflix. Pool ok but crowded. Room clean. 1 chair to sit on. Leaned to the right, not sure why. Repositioned a lamp as it wouldnt turn on. Changed to another outlet across room. It was not a light switch, dead outlet. Green Bay has better hotels and more places to eat. Cheaper and nicer rooms with better locations. I would not for the price stay here again. Its newer hotel but very little in amenities.

We will be back!

The room was really roomy, was laid out well and had great blackout curtains. Also, not much light came through under the door. We really liked the extra pillows and fuzzy blanket and didn’t have to ask for it. We liked how it was in the room. I slept really well here and usually can’t sleep in most hotels. Breakfast variety was great too.
