Hotel is new and very clean. The staff were amazing and always willing to help. The pool was a great relief from the heat. Nice and clean. Big Turkish breakfast

Our arrival was welcoming, especially at the reception and pool area. The room was okay, but the bathroom had a disturbing sewer smell and lacked proper amenities. Pool access was limited to certain hours. Breakfast was ok and could be improved.

Overall, very good experience with staff and hotel. Hotel is almost new with well designed spacious room. Location too very near to all the restaurants and thermal waters.

Otelde bir gece kaldik. Herseyin iyi düsünülerek yapildigi bir yeni otel. Öncelikle personelin her konuda yardima hazir oluslari ve nezaketlerinin üst seviyede olmasi bizleri cok rahatlatti. Temizlik konusunda hicbir eksiklik göremedik. Yüzme havuzu bakimli ve temiz. Yataklar olmasi gerektigi gibi. Daha uzun kalmak isterdik. Her yönüyle tavsiye edilebilir bir tesis.

Çok temiz bir otel

Çok güzel ve temiz bir oteldi. Hierapolis ve Pamukkale Travertenlerine yürüme mesafesinde. Otel çalışanları güleryüzlü idi. Çok ilgililer. Havuz çok temizdi. Kahvaltı çok iyiydi. Fiyat performans açısından çok iyi bir aile oteli.

Otelin otoparkı yok. Otelin sokağına park ediliyor. Çalışanlar cok nazik çok sevecen. Biz memnun ayrıldık teşekkür ederim.

Temiz ve konforlu

Otel güzel ve yeniydi odalardan da memnun kaldık kahvaltı da çok güzeldi ve havuz temizdi biz rezervasyon tarihimizden bir gece önce giriş yapmak istedik boş odaları yoktu fakat resepsiyondaki arkadaşlar civardaki başka oteli ayarlamamız için yardımcı oldular ertesi sabah otele girişimizi yaptık.. teşekkürler

Yeni bir otel. Personel ilgili ve güleryüzlüydü. Pamukkale'ye yakin bi lokasyonda. Kahvalti iyiydi. Bu bolgeye tekrar gelecek olsam kalabilirim. Tek sorun banyo havalandirmasi yetersizdi. Sezon bitince tadilat yapacaklarini ifade ettiler.
