Recently renovated bathroom with shower, living-dining room with TV-SAT, Air Conditioning (facing the bedrooms to cool them down) and access to a small garden with furniture. It has an exterior staircase that leads to the solar terrace.
Open kitchen with American bar, glass-ceramic hob, oven and refrigerator with freezer. To access the pool area, it is about 50m. Well-maintained area with lawn, palm trees and various other plants. There are parking spaces in front of the complex.
Heating consumption (Gas, Oil or Pellets) is not included. In long-stay rates, electricity, heating (Gas, Oil or Pellets), sheets, and towels are not included. The price of services will be according to the agency's conditions.
