The 100 meter house
Our house is a beautiful house with 100 square meters of terrace with barbecue and about 100 meters from the beach of Punta del Raset de Denia and the beach of Les Marines. Two rooms with 2 single beds each and the third with a bunk bed plus a trundle bed. One bathroom is inside a room and has a bath, the other in the hallway has a shower. Large living room with 2 armchairs and independent kitchen, both with access to the terrace. 15 min walk from town. It has 2 supermarkets very close, an Aldi at 5 min and a Mercadona at 10. Gas station 100 meters. It has large gardens and 2 community pools both with separate children's and adult area. Garage included. A few meters from two of Denia's best known restaurants: Casa Federico and Fernando. An ideal place to spend a perfect holiday.
