Nice Bungalow next to Denia
Nice semi-detached chalet for 4 people in a residential area close to shops and supermarkets.
The urbanisation where it is located has a large grassy area with large trees and one of the largest pools in the city, where they can enjoy fantastic days with their family.
Upon entering, you will find a spacious living-dining room, TV with Amazon Fire-Stick, chaise longue sofa and air conditioning. The kitchen with an American bar is fully equipped with toaster, microwave, ceramic hob, oven, freezer fridge, dishwasher, filter coffee machine etc.
Next to the kitchen, we find a large bathroom with a bathtub and independent WC.
The main bedroom has air conditioning and a 160cm double bed.
To access the second bedroom, we must go up the spiral staircase, which has a safety gate at the top of the stairs. Once upstairs, we find a bathroom with a shower and opposite it a double room with a 150cm bed, air conditioning and fantastic views of Ginjoler park.
We finish with the private terrace accessed through the ground floor lounge. Here we find a cosy garden with lots of vegetation and a seating area to enjoy meals and breakfasts. The terrace has awnings for sun protection, two sun loungers and an umbrella.
The terraced house is located just 2 km from La Marineta sandy beach and just a walk away from supermarkets and restaurants.
The Ginjoler Park where the house is located is perfect for walking and enjoying family afternoons.
The accommodation has internet and mosquito nets in all rooms.
The house offers an electric barbecue for those who need it.
