Wir hatten 1 Woche bei Patrizia. Es war alles vorhanden, was für einen Winteraufenthalt nötig ist. Gasheizung, Mückengitter und Sonnenseiten. Leider hat das Wetter nicht mitgespielt, so dass es Wanderurlaub wurde. Wir haben das Beste daraus gemacht. G.M.

Super Lage . Nicht weit in die Stadt, zum Meer oder in die Berge. Schönes Haus und netter kleiner Pool. Die Vermieter waren super nett und der Urlaub hat mit der Buchung begonnen. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

A nice house but a lot shadow in the garden and house cold in the evening in november

Our stay was very nice and location is fine but in november there is a lot of shadow in the garden and the house is very cold in the evening. The contact with the owners was very good. They react very fast when you have aan question.

Vriendelijke gastheer, komt afspraken na en is bereikbaar. Zwembad eerste dagen warm, na inspectie van eigenaar in orde. Zeer proper huisje, zo goed als alles is beschikbaar op enkele punten na: Matras is te klein voor het bed. Drogrekje is aan vervanging toe. Ligstoelen zijn ook verouderd en niet voldoende kussens. Geen 8 tuinstoelen Slecht 1 veilige parkeerplaats voor de auto Frigo is aan kleine kant om met 8 personen te verblijven. Maar deze punten zijn te verdoezelen en is maar om te upgraden. Zeer aanraadbaar huisje!

Bien située proche commerces Environnement très bruyant La maison est entourée de deux routes donc passage de voitures Piscine agréable mais équipement vétustes Matelas de transat déchirés En intérieur 3 chambres : 1 seule avec 2 oreillers, pas de couette légère ou dessus de lit Pas de volet dans la chambre du 1er étage, uniquement des rideaux non occultant Douche : nous avons eu de l eau froide, on a testé sans faire tourner une machine, le soir la douche restait fraîche Équipement cuisine Micro onde vieillot Peu de vaisselle : pas de plat pour le four, pas de tir bouchon , couteau abîmé et pas d'essoreuse à salade A rajouter au budget l électricité pas compris dans le prix La maison mérite un bon rafraîchissement intérieur comme extérieur En revanche les propriétaires sont très agréables

Top destination

La propriété est bien entretenue, l'équipement cuisine devrait être étoffé, les propriétaires sont très disponibles et réactifs à la moindre demande (merci à Patricia et son mari) : ajout d'un lit d'appoint, ajout d'un grillage sur le portail car nous avons un jeune chien qui passait à travers les barreaux, et tout cela avec le sourire. La piscine est très agréable. Il faut une voiture : 3.5 km de centre ville, et 4km des 1ères plages (on le savait nous avons privilégié le calme), La maison est située dans le quartier Perdrera, calme avec une épicerie, pharmacie, médecin, tabacs, restaurant local à 300 m. On venait prendre notre petit déjeuner ou déjeuner. Pour les propriétaires de chiens, il y a à 500 m un parc à chien et en centre ville une plage destinée aux chiens. On y retournera. L'accueil et le départ se fait avec Laeticia, très souriante et sympathique. A l'arrivée nous avions un pack d'accueil avec une bouteille de vin de la région, huile d'olive, vinaigre, condiments et fruits, (très belle attention). Et pour les joueurs de golf : le golf sella à Denia est top à 6.5 km de la maison. On y retournera

Schönes Haus

Das Haus war toll ! Tip Top sauber ! Sehr nette Einrichtungen man fühlt sich sofort wohl! Denia hat viel zu bieten ! Wir waren mit Hund dort und man kann dort an vielen Ecken von Strand bis zum Parque Montgó wunderschöne Wanderungen unternehmen! Wirklich ganz toll ! Die Vermieter waren super nett! Vor Ort sehr gute Betreuung! Das was für uns persönlich nicht ganz so gut war , war das das Haus relativ wenig Sonne abbekam ! Wir waren im Januar da es kann natürlich sein das es im Sommer anders ist ! Nur im Winter kommen dann auch erhöhte Nebenkosten dazu ! Aber alles in allem ist das Haus auf jeden Fall empfehlenswert! 😊👍🏼

Das Ferienhaus ist sehr schön. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und bei Problemen sofort zur Stelle. Als einziger Nachteil wäre das schlechte wlan zu bewerten und zu wenig Geschirr für 8 Personen. Ansonsten alles prima. Vielen Dank. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
