This pet-friendly villa in Denia's Les Rotes neighborhood offers a peaceful coastal escape just 200 meters from the Mediterranean. Ideal for families or small groups, it's located near the scenic Platja de les Rotes and only 4 km from Denia's historic center. Visitors can explore the 11th-century Denia Castle, hike the trails of Montgó Natural Park, or kayak to the stunning sea cave of La Cova Tallada, an unforgettable adventure carved into the cliffs. This package ensures a seamless stay and conveniently covers services such as final cleaning, utility consumption, service support, and protection against minor damages or incidental costs during your stay.
Guests who prefer may manage these services independently, provided the property is returned in good order at check-out.
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters

Due to safety reasons, it is forbidden to charge an electric car via the holiday home's domestic power network
It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house
