Beautiful Mediterranean style villa with private pool

Beautiful villa located in a quiet area and only a few minutes from the beach with private pool. The villa has two independent flats for 4 people each. Both have all the necessary elements for a pleasant and relaxing stay. Next to the swimming pool there is a chill out area, a barbecue and hammocks to enjoy the sun.

The ground floor flat has two bedrooms with two single beds each and a bathroom with shower. The kitchen, dining room and living room are located in an open space where we can enjoy the swimming pool.

The upper flat has a fully equipped and independent kitchen. Right in the next room is the living room with capacity for all the guests and the dining room. One of the bedrooms has a double bed with an en-suite bathroom with shower. The fourth bedroom has two single beds. Opposite the bedroom is a bathroom with shower.

On the ground floor of the big house lives the owner, who will only come to the villa to sleep, as he works all day long. He will NOT use the pool area.
Make yourself comfortable in this villa, which features a private pool. There's a private balcony. A kitchen is outfitted with a refrigerator, an oven, and a stovetop. Conveniences include a microwave and a coffee/tea maker.
Enjoy recreation amenities such as an outdoor pool or take in the view from a garden.
