Calling a "Motel" a "Hotel" doesn't make it a Hotel. This place is the definition of a 1960's Motel. TV didn't work and the toilet rocked. The door lock was a hack job attempt to be more modern. You will need a car to get anywhere as it's not within walking distance of anything. On the plus side It was reasonable clean and quiet.

The room was dated, but it was not clean. The bathroom area was dirty and doesn’t look like it was cleaned between guests. The linens smelled old and used, looked clean but not fresh.

We loved our stay at the Denali Park Hotel. It looks very simple from the outside but the rooms are awesome, spacious, good bed, clean. The location is perfect for exploring the Denali NP. Olivia at the reception was absolutely amazing and gave us great tips for dinner and breakfast. Thank you!!!

No-frills, but great little place to stay

Very close to park, beds and linens were extremely comfortable. Room was spacious, with a table, chairs, microwave, and mini-fridge. Bathroom was a little small, and had to duck to shower because shower head was so low, but it was quiet and we saw moose and hares right on the property.

Great base camp for all our Denali adventures, great views, clean room, easy parking, and even got to wake up to a family of moose right outside the window. Basic accommodations but it has all the essentials.

Cute, great area, view, new rooms

Inside the room everything looks new, so overall in good shape, for my opinion not super comfortable arrangement with coffee near the sink, and only one sink outside restroom, but it's ok and works. Also very convenient location - close to Denali, very cute golf course and restaurants, but you do need a car.

The location and price is what stands out. Alaska can be pricey at times but Denali Park Hotel meets both. Everything is within 15 min drive. The place is not the Hyatt but the rooms are clean and spacious. The breakfast was a miss due to early season but rest ashore that here in a few weeks the manager said that a real breakfast bar would be setup. There's a beautiful lake near by that is stunning on a clear day with the sun reflecting the mountains on it. Across from the lake is a 9 hole golf course. Embrace Alaska and she will love you back.
