Your family will have an enjoyable mountain experience while staying in this 1-bedroom, 1-bath ground floor condo. Accessed by descending four steps, you’ll discover one bedroom with 1-queen sized bed augmented by plenty of closet space, one full bath, a galley style kitchen complete with a dishwasher, and an open concept living and dining area with a hide-a-bed, a small flat screen monitor, a great gas fireplace, a dining table with seating for 4-persons, plus a walk-out balcony with great territorial views. This WIFI equipped and monitored family vacation property will sleep 2 to 4-persons (ENFORCED Maximum Occupancy!).








Snowater is positioned on 20 acres of magnificent forest on the banks of the Nooksack River which runs on 3 sides of the property. At an elevation of 1000 feet, Snowater is accessible year-round. Amenities include two full recreational buildings with two heated swimming pools, hot tubs, a sauna, four tennis courts, basketball, squash/racquetball courts and an adult fitness center. There is a lounge area with free WIFI a pool table, ping pong table and a separate toddler playroom. The grounds have BBQ/picnic areas as well as a children’s play structure and trails along the river. Snowater is located at the edge of the Mt. Baker Snoqualmie National Forest, close to the Mt. Baker Ski Area and spectacular old growth forests, an area rich in history and outdoor opportunities.
