Bien dans l’ensemble

SĂ©jour trĂšs agrĂ©able, personnel Ă  l’écoute. Cependant des bruits d’écoulement d’eau se sont fait entendre dans la chambre 129 au milieu de la nuit jusqu’au matin, ce qui ne nous a pas permis de profiter d’un sommeil rĂ©parateur

Accueil surprenant, 1 seule personne Ă  l’accueil entre attente liĂ©e aux clients et tĂ©lĂ©phone qui sonne 
. Enfin une fois enregistrĂ©, monte Ă  la chambre qui surprenant n’avait pas Ă©tĂ© faite du tout Ă  17h30. Redescendu pour expliquer ma surprise
non ce n’est pas possible la chambre Ă  Ă©tĂ© faite
puis montĂ©e pour constater effectivement non faite et demande Ă  une femme de chambre de la faire 
. 40mn d’attente avec un jus de fruit servi en excuse chambre enfin prĂȘte.. Ă  118€ la nuit pour un 3 Ă©toiles mille excuses mais non ça ne le fait pas
 par contre accueil au restaurant trĂšs professionnel.

Cet hÎtel sera bientÎt probablement de grande qualité : cadre splendide et emplacement parfait à 100m de l'aéroport. A ce stade néanmoins, on est en droit de penser qu'il a été ouvert assez prématurément (piscine, batiments adjacents et espaces verts en travaux). Pour l'instant, on sent également l'équipe en rodage : en particulier, il va falloir améliorer assez considérablement les renseignements à offrir aux clients pour les repas du soir. Dans l'attente de la conclusion des travaux, on aurait pu s'attendre à des "décotes" sur le tarif...
