The breakfast was nice as was the hotel. The bed in our room was too hard as were the pillows. That was my biggest complaint. I also left my iphone charger in the room and they didn't notify me about it.

Thanks! What really stood out to me was how fresh and clean the room was — not stuffy at all like some hotels can be. The location was perfect, just steps from Atlantic Ave, and I loved the modern vibe of the whole property. The seating area downstairs felt upscale and spacious, and the 4 PM happy hour at the Cove Bar Overall, it was a perfect mix of comfort, convenience, and atmosphere.

Yes it was clean but we had a bug in the bathroom ! We came back to our room after a long day of walking and just wanted to relax , but, our TV did NOT work ! The desk clerk told us she would move our room but we didn’t do that-my husband is handicapped and was already done She said there was nothing else she could do-told us to plug and unplug TV !!! This was an expensive hotel and to not have TV was terrible for us ! We are not happy between the TV and the big it’s a total disappointment ! We would like some type of compensation back to us ! Please contact me regarding this matter ! Oh and I have a picture of the BUG if you want it!
