The desk clerk Silvia was rud & unprofessional. She refused to a commendate our request at breakfast. They had no restrooms for customers near front/ breakfast area.The 2nd floor had water sprinklers installed but not covered or sealed, especially in our room!
Our first room with the king bed we reserved was atrocious. Black mold in shower, brown stained baseboards maybe from flooding? Walls chipped up and a coke had exploded in the freezer but had not been cleaned. We quickly got another room on 2nd floor but had to settle for 2 Queens. That room was spotless and appeared newly renovated. The pillows and bed were extremely comfortable. The flooring is all vinyl, no carpeting. The hallway carpeting needs to be replaced. Staff were all friendly and attentive.

Excellent staff at front desk. Hotel could use an update but it serves it's purpose for being cost effective. Continental breakfast is quite good.

When you walk in, small living area looks nice. Yet, there is a door that leads into bathroom and another door leading to bedroom. So, door between bedroom and bathroom does not lock. If someone is in bathroom, anyone thats in the bedroom can walk in. The toilet in the bathroom wasn't fully functioning, we had the clerk come in and fix it .

Original room I was given keycard to wasn't ready (dirty towels, garbage not taken out). The hotel clerk was surprised, but she put me in a new room that was nice and clean.
I enjoyed my stay at Baymont. I highly recommend this hotel. Sylvia was very professional and friendly and so helpful. The room was very clean and spacious.

My room was reserved on May 5, and paid already hotel could not find my itinerary and I was charged again. Did not honor my reservation. I Won’t get my money for a couple of weeks. I was charged $76 dollars deposit $113 and $30 dollars for my pet. Total $218

Drain was clogged in the shower and the tv was small but for a night or two not bad for the price.

For the price, it was honestly great. The staff was helpful too. But the furniture and floor were dirty. One of the electrical outlets basically prolapsed when I plugged in my phone charger. Good if you’re just passing through.
