We reserved the room for 3 people (2 adults and 1 kid), and we paid for the room with breakfast in advance. However, the hotel only provided breakfast for 2 adults and not our kid. What is their logic? Kids should not eat breakfast? When we asked the frontdesk, they said that this is our policy and you should talk to the manager! In addition, the rooms are too noisy. Noise from the hallway, parking right behind our window, and worst of all, constant footsteps and conversations from the unit above—we couldn’t sleep at all. Not recommended!

Dirtier room and property. Disgusting pull out bed, clearly not cleaned before. Stained from who knows when. The front desk staff was nice. We received approval for a late check out from the front desk at 1230pm, but were rudely told to get out by housekeeping around 11 am.

Room was clean, but no amenities and minimally equipped. Almost devoid of any design or theme. 5000K light bulbs gave room a prison-like look and a cold feeling No door/floor scraper, so easy access for insects, outside light, and noise. Loud neighbors on floor above BUT bed extremely comfortable Check-in person. Barbara, was extremely welcoming and gracious. Barbara did change our room after the 1st night on account of upstairs guest. No artificial fragrances in room--a big plus!
