A walkers dream.

Great location and staff. So many places close by you can walk to, including the beach and the ocean view with balcony are a great way to end the day. Bed was a little hard but I am side sleeper. And the walls/floors are a bit thin. I could hear my shared wall neighbor snoring. But I would absolutely stay here again.

The Best Western Del mar was very convenient, close to La Jolla/UCSD and the beaches and recreational areas nearby, such as Torrey Pines State Park. Staff was super-helpful, pointing out hiking trails, restaurants, etc that added much to our enjoyment

Not your typical BW experience

This is our 3rd time staying at this hotel in Del Mar. It's not your typical Best Western. The pillows and matresses are great. We like having a fridge and microwave. We could hear a little next door, but nothing too disturbing.

It served its purpose

We were disappointed to be directly across from the elevator. Hallways are loud and our air conditioner was wacky- luckily we had a fan that we used instead. Bed was comfortable. Front desk staff was friendly. It worked for the night
