Casa Naomi is an elegant 4-bedroom Deia town house with amazing mountain and sea views.
This beautiful property has been tastefully renovated to the highest standards and it is characterized by a perfect mix of traditional and contemporary style, which makes it so special.
===== ACCOMMODATION DESCRIPTION =====
Casa Naomi is located in the heart of the hamlet of Deia, one of the quaintest villages of the island.
The house has two terraces, the first with stunning elevated views over the sea, ideal for a morning breakfast or an evening dinner at the sunset.
A second terrace with infinity pool, extends with views across the village, to the gardens of the famous La Residencia Hotel and the imposing Traumuntana Mountains.
There is a large open-plan living area that includes a modern fully equipped kitchen, dining area and lounge area, and 4 beautifully appointed bedrooms all with en-suite bathrooms.
In detail on the first floor we find the bedroom 1, with a four-poster bed, TV, en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower and stand-alone bath. This bedroom offers views to Deia village, the swimming pool and mountains. It has no air conditioning.
On the ground floor we find other three bedrooms:
Bedroom 2, with double bed, access to the terrace, en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower, no air conditioning.
Bedroom 3, with double bed, views and access to the swimming pool, en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower, no air conditioning.
Bedroom 4, with twin beds, views and access to the swimming pool, en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower, no air conditioning.
Finally, Cala Deia, which is Deia's only small but very beautiful pebbled beach, is close by. With its clear waters and rock pools, it is one of the few beaches on the west coast of Mallorca.
