Pet friendly accommodation in Degerloch

Staff were helpful and the location is excellent (especially for car lovers)

Staff restaurant everyone was wonderful and it was spotless and perfect location

They were kind enough to accommodate my request for a quiet room because I'm a very light sleeper and early check-in.

Paul, the front desk staff was very pleasant to chat with and suggested great places to visit and restaurants to eat at which we did and were all fantastic. Paul is pure example of great customer service.

There are 3 basics any hotel can get right. 1. A good bed. They got this right. 2. A good shower. They got this right. 3. Good towels. Not quite. Their towels are too thin and too rough. Other aspects were excellent. Coffee and tea from a machine at reception all day, a well equipped kitchenette, Bluetooth speakers in the room and nice touches to the decor made it a lovely place to stay. I will look for this brand again.
