John and Cassandra's place is exactly what we were looking for. The second we walked in, it was clear this was a home, not a rental. Every room had its own personality, quaint, charming, and you knew you were in a place that was loved. The ocean view was unreal and the beach was literally right outside the door.Communication was seamless and John, Cassandra, and their house manager David were a pleasure to deal with. No hassle, no chasing anyone down. Just amazing people who take care of their guests. Do yourself a favor and book this place.

Gorgeous, quiet, perfectly located. Highly recommend!

Cottage was exactly as we'd hoped - secluded (careful on the dirt road in; potholes abound), quiet, and just steps from the beach. House had all the amenities we could possibly have asked for, and the property manager proved professional and helpful. Beach is gorgeous, with clear shallow water and craggy coves for exploring with kids. Location is perfect; central to (20 min. drive) plenty of restaurants, a well-stocked market, and lots of stuff to do. Communication with owners was fast and easy.Everyone we met was friendly and delightful, safety never felt like an issue at all. Only deducted a star from "location and neighborhood" because on windy days the beach seems to accumulate a lot of trash brought in by the trade winds. Unfortunate and somewhat of a downer, but certainly no fault of the owners, or the Bahamas for that matter. Would definitely stay again. Highly recommend.

Great location

Beautiful views, cooling breezes, everything one might need in the house--everything worked including a nice little Weber grill. The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of towels. Great snorkeling right in front of the house although we did see one shark--it swam away. I would definitely stay there again.

Serene Escape

Was the perfect property for a quiet escape away from it all! Gorgeous beach cove with plenty of privacy. The house was extremely well maintained and the process from booking though check-in and out was very easy. Nice location at the end of the beach. Kitchen was stocked with all your needs and fresh water was supplied. Would definitely return!
