The unit was well equipped, clean, safe & quiet for a weekend stay. It's in a very quiet area, 7 minute drive from Canmore which is fine provided you're aware that it is not walkable into town. There were no USB ports in the unit and we forgot to take our plugs so weren't able to charge devices. There was no window covering over the back door which was uncomfortable since the hideabed was in plain view of the window. We requested extra blankets as there weren't any in the room. But would stay here again

Parking was safe and secure. Hot tub was clean and lovely. Our condo had broken drinking glasses in it as well as a broken hide a bed. The bedding had some rips and the pillows were few and flat.

The underground parking is very convenient, although staying in Dead Man’s Flats is not the most convenient if everything you’re doing is in BNP or JNP. Room was clean although views were not that exciting (I.e. looking onto/into the other buildings) and luckily we didn’t spend much time in the unit as we wanted to see the spectacular views that the parks offer. There are really no dining options in DMF so it was great to have a full kitchen available.

Hot tub was great, very hot and relaxing. The room could have been updated and cleaned more recently. Had bugs on ceilings, some cobwebs and one of the blinds was not working, we had to hang a towel over the window. we reported it twice, but no one ever responded. But a decent stay overall.

When we arrived, the dishwasher was loaded but not ran. Not a big deal. I thought I was requesting one bedroom on the main level and one upstairs. Both bedrooms and bathrooms were upstairs. The layout of the living room and kitchen were great.

The staff was incredibly nice and helpful. The location was further from Canmore than I had thought. Jets did not work on hot tub. Our unit needed some upgrading. Dining chairs had peeling/ripped seats. Kitchen was not well equipped. Can opener did not work, no spatula, skillet was broken.
