This cozy 2-bed, 1-bath retreat offers the perfect getaway for family and friends. Whether you're seeking time on the water or a place to relax after a fun filled day, Exeter is the ideal spot to unwind and recharge your spirit in beautiful surroundings. Enjoy the sounds of nature when you stay in this unique place.
You're sure to make fantastic memories with a stay at our place.

Our boat has a full size bed in each bedrooms and a full size futon in the living room, and sleeps 4 people comfortably. 2 additional people can stay free when bringing own sleeping bags for the futon.

The marina is asking our guests to fill out a pre check in form so they know in advance who will be visiting the marina. A link will be sent a few minutes after the booking. Please fill out the form, so they will have the information before your arrival.

We provide a starter pack of essentials to get you started.( toilet paper, paper towel, garbage bags, dish soap)

**Very Important!!**

This is a boat, so it has different plumbing than regular houses. Do not throw away anything in the toilet and please only use toilet paper provided by us.

**Our boat does not move and stays docked at all times.**

If you’re planning to bring your own boat to the Marina and need a slip, you need to make arrangements with the Marina office prior to your arrival. They have nightly rates for slip rentals.
Another option(Free) is Ed Stone Park (public park/boat ramp) which is right next to the marina. You can park your trailer and launch your boats for free here.
There's a private patio. A kitchen is outfitted with a refrigerator, a stovetop, and a microwave. Complimentary wireless internet access keeps you connected, and a Smart television is provided for your entertainment. The bathroom has a shower and a hair dryer. Conveniences include a coffee/tea maker and a washing machine.
