Das Beste an der Wohnung ist die Nähe zum Strand. Schön ist auch der direkte Zugang zur Terrasse mit einem großen, teilweise eingezäunten Rasengarten. Angenehm in der Übergangszeit: eine gut funktionierende Heizung. Die Grundsauberkeit war vorhanden, die Matratze in Ordnung, die Esstischgarnitur relativ neu. Die Kommunikation mit der Agentur vor Ort war überaus freundlich. Nicht so angenehm: das Mobiliar und die Kücheneinrichtung sind teilweise veraltet; der Sessel ist verfleckt, die Relaxfunktion kaputt; 1 Klo war defekt; das Bad muffelt; die Luxusdusche habe ich nicht zum Funktionieren gebracht; das Geschirr ist alt und war teilweise nicht wirklich sauber; es war überhaupt nichts da in Küche und Bad zum Putzen und Spülen; es gibt nur Deckenbeleuchtung, keinerlei Leselampen oder Nachttischlampen.Insgesamt gut für eine Familie im Sommer, die viel draußen ist und an Geschirr etc. keine Ansprüche stellt. (Kochtöpfe waren ausreichend vorhanden).
