Sliding door to the patio was nearly impossible to open. The shower valve was difficult to use as well. Staff was friendly and helpful. Wouldn’t be my first choice to stay there again.

Very out dated. The front desk lady was not the most friendly. They do not come by daily to clean up the room and by that I mean just sweep, new towels, get trash. Cockroaches! The ac was very loud. The room was not cleanest. There was hair all over my shower wall when I arrived. I will not be booking there again.

I would stay far away from this place! We arrived to check-in at 4pm and our room still wasn’t ready by 5pm so we had to settle for a room on a lower floor even though I requested a higher up room beforehand. We get in the room and there is mold on the ceiling in the bathroom and roaches. The bed was hard as a rock and the room was very old and grungy. Definitely not worth our money or time and I will be reporting this establishment to the city for proper inspection. The staff didn’t care either and acted like it wasn’t a big deal our room wasn’t ready. We will NEVER be back!

Our stay was for 5 nights…housekeeping came once…had to go get our own towels, coffee etc. and emptied our overflowing trash. Had to change rooms mid stay b/c of roaches. It’s a shame, as this was our 3rd time staying there and had enjoyed it. Won’t be going back

The staff was very polite, helpful, went above & beyond to meet our needs/wants. Weve stayed here in the past & will stay again..Rooms are clean, quiet & everything you could possibly need..our only complaint is the bed was as hard as a concrete floor.

The woman who checked us in was great. The guy at the desk during the day however (sadly I think he was the Manager) was terrible. Zero personality. Zero customer service. Honestly seemed like he could careless about the guests staying at the hotel

Our stay at the Tropical Winds Hotel was peaceful, comfortable, and relaxing. Access to the pool was easy and the beach was in very close proximity. Staff was friendly and helpful. Only “complaint” would be lack of direct stairway to the beach - due to recent damages from hurricane.
