The only thing that could be better for this property is the kid safety features with the front door to the rooms. There is no latch or anything to make sure a child doesn't just open the door and walk out. I had to keep a chair in front of the front door because my toddler was able to open to door and get out.

The apartment was very clean and roomy. The beds slept well. We were just off the beach and had easy access. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend to friends. I would give them a 5 star +.

Family reunion was Simple Amazing!!

Thanks to our marvelous Oceanfront accommodations. We had 3 units all close by! We had a fabulous weekend! Even the weather cooperated. Typical afternoon showers were short lived

I was told that an owner decided to stay and that moved me away from an ocean view. The location was not beach front. We had to walk through bushes that were overgrown and you could not avoid touching them when walking through. We did not know we had to pay for a coin operated washer and dryer which was 20 quarters for a small load. However, the room was spacious and recently renovated. The beach sand was incredible and felt like we were walking in flour.

We travel quite often. I am a Registered Nurse and cleanliness is extremely important to me. New Smyrna Waves was absolutely exceptional! The accommodations were veey comfortable for our family of 5. We had a beautiful beach front view from the balcony as well as the master bedroom. The pool and accessories were convenient and so much fun for everyone to cool off and enjoy between trips down to the ocean. The white sand beach is absolutely beautiful and very clean. Even on the busiest days and times, its comfortable for use and doesn’t feel overly crowded. We were very pleased with our stay and we would be happy to stay again.
