Where the Ocean meets the Stars

I truly liked the facilities and the huge rooms. Everything was brand new, and the fridges and sinks were of very good quality. Everything about the whole made one feel very fortunate to be there. Will definetely go back Thanks for doing a very nice job

The description provided by the hotel was a lie. I booked an ocean front suite but was given a room with a view of an abandoned building. When I attempted to cancel I was told that only the 3 bedroom suites have an ocean view. The hotel was still under construction and the ceiling was unfinished with markings of future repairs. I took photos and videos to provide to Expedia. I left just as soon as I arrived and booked another hotel down the street. I highly do not recommend. If I could give zeros stars I would. Management was unwilling to take accountability and was rude and disrespectful.

Bed. Injured my leg. Too low with a wooden platform that extends beyond the food of the bed. No hot water. None at all in shower. Had to take a cold shower. Remodeled..but ceilings were not complete. Looked at incomplete concrete ceiling in patches all night. Was a little afraid. Loved the balcony .kitchen .everything else was excellent. Leg still injured. Front desk attendant very unapproachable...due to third party arrangement.....so..did not report injury...

Max was our “back up” due to another property falling short. I CANNOT stress how amazing the staff, room and grounds were. Michael (manager), Savannah (Venn) and so many others were unbelievable. The view from our room was everything! The property was very clean. My only complaints were that this was a resort that did not offer beach chairs or umbrellas and i was not expecting that as i have stayed at resorts in sunny isles and that is always offered while staying on the beach at a resort. Also we had panoramic windows everywhere which was amazing but it would have been nice if they were actually cleaned as well as the clear balcony surroundings. They were covered in bird poop. Which i understand happens, but we stayed for 5 days and the windows werent cleaned even once. Issues obviously not a big deal but would have been nice to have clean windows and some beach chairs available on the beach front after paying over $2000 for a 5 night stay.

Four day getaway

Beautiful large accommodations with full kitchen. Large curved balcony with great views. Easy access to the pool and sun deck & just steps away from the beach. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
