This was by far the worst trip me and my wife have ever had, I am ICU? She is ER, we decided to take a weekend to get away, and yes we live in central Florida, and the fact that Expedia has this as a property and did not show that they have no beach access, no pool, no basic USB ports in the room, the hallway was soooo unbelievably hot leading from the elevator, only to go into the room that was so insanely bad, the drawers would not shut, the fridge would not close, I would have never ever stayed in this facility ever!

Unfortunately, the pool was not working during our stay, and we were not informed of this beforehand. No discount or compensation was offered. The room was not very clean—the carpet in particular seemed dirty—and the common areas were also poorly maintained. While the staff was friendly, the overall service was lacking. The hotel is in need of updates and much better cleaning standards.

Mostly good

The room was amazing and so was breakfast. I was disappointed that the pool and beach access was closed. Also there was close to no parking close to the hotel.

Loved our stay! It would be a 5 if the pool and hot tub were functional. The room was a great size and the balcony was great. We loved the view and enjoyed the breakfast very much
