Staff was not supportive. Gym was missing equipment. Never changed bedding or towels or wash cloths in bathroom. I also saw evidence that someome was in my room when I was not there. Im still waiting for my $100 incidential deposit to be deposited back into my bank account. My room was totally ignored for two days.

The hotel needs some improvements with service and amenities. The rooms weren’t ready at check in time. The exhaust fan in the bathroom was broken and the air conditioner wasn’t cooling the room. Room service never came in the room to clean or replenish the towels so I had to keep going to the front desk to ask for fresh towels. The restaurant staff was great and the food was delicious for breakfast, but restaurant wasn’t open in the evening although they advertised a dinner menu.

the mini fridge had no freezer and barely kept water cool, not cold. There was an air vent half way down the hall way that blew freezing cold air into the hallway when it was already in the 40s outside, this, due to the fact that it was near my room, made it impossible to keep my room warm. The printer never worked, making the "business center" useless. Doubt I will ever stay there again. Too bad since it was less than a mile from my conference location (and I am in that down for 2 weeks at a time 6 times a year.)

They decided to do renovations at the hotel from 10 pm until 3 in the morning and we couldn’t sleep. We called the reception and asked them to stop this hassle but they didn’t do anything until 3 am. They were very unprofessional about it when we complained to the manager.
