The room was clean and satisfactory for a quick overnight stay. The seal on the sliding door wasn't great and let a lot of external noise in, but otherwise it was fine to rest our heads after a long day. The complimentary breakfast was appreciated and included some hot food.

Room was very neglected. There was a strong mildew odor. Shower faucet felt like it was about to fall off. Carpet was very dirty cereal crumbs on the floor from previous guests. Coffee machine didn’t. Blow dryer not functioning. This was my worst experience at Best Western Inn. This place needs to be shut down for deep cleaning and check for Mildew problems. If the Health Department would check this facility I am sure they would condemn this facility. Very very disappointed.

The staff was extremely courteous, and the rooms were okay. The breakfast was empty by 9:00am, and the one guy kept telling everyone he was making more. The beds were very comfortable, but the smoke alarm kept flashing a bright light all night, which I had to cover with a shirt. And the end of the hall we were in had a demo crew clearing out a building at 7am. Very loud! It was tolerable for one night only!

Booked a non-smoking room, room we got was smoked in alot, smelled like a cigarette/ashtray in the room. Told the front desk about it when we checked out and all the front desk person said was oh. Shower knob was not working properly, hair dryer plug in part came apart when i went to use it.
