Important please read. Building was just closed for one year for concrete restoration. There is still construction in some areas. The pool is open as well as the beach access. This place is for any laid back people looking for a clean place to stay for Biketoberfest. Please, please, please ask us any questions before booking. I am happy to explain more. Thank you! AMAZING studio steps away from the World’s Most Famous Beach! Inside you will find a queen-size bed, a large comfortable couch that turns into a bed for two people, a private full bathroom, and a full kitchen. There is also a flat-screen tv with many channels and free Wi-Fi. There is a heated pool, spa, small gym, free ice machine, vending machines, game room, and pay-per-use laundry. All of this is close to many shops and restaurants, what a great way to vacation!
Make yourself comfortable in this air-conditioned apartment, featuring a kitchen with a refrigerator and an oven. A flat-screen television is provided for your entertainment. Conveniences include a microwave and a coffee/tea maker.

Great place

Nice place right on the beach. Short walk to Main Street. Great restaurants, right next-door. Clean well-maintained very comfortable bed. If we’re in the neighborhood again, we will definitely stay there if it’s available.

Nice for the price.

It was perfect for a 4 day getaway. I used my room to sleep only so this was perfect for me. Shower was nice, had enough towels. It is just a cozy little place.
