Upon arrival, the lady at the front desk messed up the 5 room reservations, which were to be paid individually. She gave each guessed the wrong amount to reimburse me since she charged all the rooms to my card. Everyone Venmo me money, but upon looking at my credit card receipt, she had charged approximately $20 more per room than she stated at the desk. One of the five rooms, had soiled, unwashed sheets that looked like someone had vomited in the bed. We went down to complain to the the person at the front desk, and they simply ask us if we wanted a fresh set of sheets. Did not offer a new room. On our way home from vacation, I reached out to the hotel via the Expedia app for which the rooms were booked. I have yet to hear anything back from. I was requesting a refund for the one particular room with these soiled sheets. I would not recommend staying at this hotel.
