The only thing that was disappointing is the main reason we visited. We were surprising our daughter and a friend with a hotel stay to use the hot tub. Unfortunately, the chemicals were so strong, we couldn’t handle it. Our eyes were burning so bad it was as if we had just cut an onion. Disappointing. But staff was nice and otherwise very nice hotel.

No hot tub. The room was cleaned twice during our stay but they always brought what we needed towels, trash bags toilet paper etc. everyone was pleasant especially Dwayne our house keeper and front desk staff. They weren’t quick to tear down the breakfast bar. I liked that. Everyone very cordial. The restaurant in front was awesome. They gave us 10% off our food We just showed the our key.

The hotel was great the only things my wife and I did not enjoy was how incredibly soft the pillow were. We both had to use both and even then I pulled a pillow from the couch to throw under them to give me some level of support. The other thing was the lack of variety in the breakfast menu. It was the same thing every day with a slight change to the protein.

We arrived in the evening for a one night stay, checking out the next morning. The stopper in the bathroom sink was broken in the down position so the water would not drain and the sink was unusable. Whoever cleaned the sink before we arrived had to know about this but clearly said nothing to management. Also the thermostat control was not working properly and would only provide heat. Luckily we turned it off and it was chilly enough outside to cool the room. The person we spoke to when we checked out was rather phony with her ‘concern.’ All in all an underwhelming experience and I will not stay in a Hilton again.

Best hotel staff anywhere

The room was spotless, spacious, and comfortable. The property is well kept, quiet, and close to amenities. The highlight, however, was the front desk staff, who were friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable. Thank you!!
