Fortunately the driver found batteries so TV remote worked after front desk and manager failed to address this simple issue. Breakfast set up nicely and lady went above and beyond for customers.

The hotel is located on a quiet street so there is very little street noise. The rooms are large and comfortable with a selection of pillows. Steph at check-in was so friendly -- I wanted to take her home with me. :-)
