Might as well be a roadside motel

Beds are extremely uncomfortable, sheets smell like bleach. Ac unit is the loudest ac I have ever heard. Sounds broken. Room is hot. Walls are paper thin and we were placed right next to the elevator. Never again will I stay at a Hampton inn!

I was very impressed with my stay. The rooms were spacious and clean and the staff was really professional and friendly. I enjoyed a free breakfast which included hot and cold options, to include ham, eggs, and potatoes...and cereal, fresh fruit to name a few. I topped it off with a hot cup of coffee...The whole experience was smooth. I know when I go to concerts in the Dayton area, where I will be staying the night. Thank you for making my stay enjoyable and without issue.

We had the Do Not Disturb on the door and the maid knocked on our door and ask if we needed service. This was on the first night. I found the room needing TLC, normally the Hampton Inns we have stayed in our top notch. This one had stains on the chair to the desk.

Stayed here before so was familiar with hotel. Was out one evening til 11. When returned to hotel seen two very disheveled people lounging in lobby and using lobby restroom. Diidnt look like guests but perhaps homeless who wandered in. Wasn't what i expected or wanted to see.
