Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Located on a dead end, enjoy the peaceful and relaxing nature of living in the country. Beatiful sunset views from the back porch, and a nice front porch to sip your coffee in the morning. Only 7 minutes away from the nearest boat ramp next to Hwy 60 and 8 minutes from the Dayton Boat Ramp where fishing tournaments are held. Only five minutes away from grocery stores, and 10 minutes away from Bryan College.
There's a private patio. A kitchen is outfitted with a refrigerator, an oven, and a stovetop. Complimentary wireless internet access keeps you connected, and a Smart television is provided for your entertainment. The bathroom has a bathtub or shower and a hair dryer. Everything was clean and owner was easy to deal with. We were there for our kids' basketball tournament and were traveling with my parents, so just 4 of us. We brought in the chairs from the back deck so we weren't all sitting on the couch since that was the only seating option in the living room .

Tucked back in a cul-de-sac in the country. Quiet and calm atmosphere.The bed was very comfortable and my dog enjoyed the bed the host had for her. We pretty much only slept there while visiting relatives but the place was clean and comfortable. I would stay again if back in the area.

This was a great option over a couple of hotel rooms on our travel. Clean property, everything we needed, deer in the yard in the morning and roosters that could be heard from the front porch. Just what we needed.

There is absolutely no way that you can unload a motorcycle on this property. The gravel (large rocks) make it difficult to walk on, let alone unload a bike. It was also VERY steep. I had specifically asked about unloading and was assured we could.

Property was just as described in a good location close to everything and dayton boat ramp but still quite in a country setting plenty of room for multiple trucks and boats host was very responsive and easy to work with would definitely stay again
