Everything was good until we checked out. We went to the desk to tell someone we would be a few minutes there was no one avaliable. Before 11 am the maid was waiting outside the door. I explained and she was quite rude said you have to leave at 11. I said we are leaving i was useing the restroom. She went to the front to complain it was only 11:05am.

Room, when we got into our room the blanket had spots all over it. & a used bar of soup behind bathroom floor, & when i was showering i grabbed a wash cloth got it wet & just before i put soap on it the wash cloth had what appeared to be beard hair all over it. I took pictures & showed to front desk lady the next day & all she said is i should have said something the day before & that she was sorry. I did get new bedding but the used soap was still there behind the door of the bathroom the day we left.

I had brought my own stuff, and did. But the woman who welcomed us was great! Was impressed by the spread! Cooked onions and peppers very impressive! Coffee very good and strong…most places it is weak. Really liked that. Mentioned to desk that appeared two lights on Rm 334 were not plugged in, and I could not due it due to location of plugs. Room very neat and tidy. Desk folks very nice.

The front desk staff were Okay. The rooms and facilities were poorly maintained, worn and scratched up and not very clean. Every morning there were bags of trash in the hallway from guests rooms, One could also smell marijuana in the hallways from time to time This Hotel is obviously being used for long term section 8 or homeless people. I would NOT recommend staying here to anyone

Room was clean. Breakfast was good . A little noisy. At 1 AM the parking lot got plowed because of the snow and ice that was on the lot. Other people were noisy in the hall way slamming the doors to their rooms. After all that things quieted down and we slept good.

The original room made me feel uncomfortable and unsafe, there was a hat hanging from the wall covering up something. Did get another room, but still felt unsafe staying but had no choice but to stay couldn't afford to go to another hotel.
