Walking distance to 7 eleven and NCCC Supermarket. Around 5 minutes going to Jollibee Maa by jeepney. There is eatery at the ground floor of the building that serves breakfast and lunch with a very affordable price yet delicious. There is also a laundry shop in the building. Accessible for taxis and jeepneys.
