Convenient, closest hotel to Davao International Airport. Several restaurants in the premises. Adequate free parking. Drawback: reception area and rooms are on the second floor, no elevator or escalator, just steps.

I felt the whole area kind of unclean and dirty, random people could walk up to your door as there's no security and it's a totally open area, other guests were noisy for the whole night making me think it's a hotel used by low class people. Oh and to top everything off, there were bugs in the bed.

Classic Pinoy. Dated. Not north American but decent for Philippines. Terrific staff and service. Friendly. Laundry (by batch. Watch those bleeding colors). My second 30 day stay . Smaller rooms. But my wife and I like it. Slightly rustic typical 1960 fitments and decor. I request a small refrigerator in the room and it's there if requested. Nice for the price. Recommended for anyone that doesn't mind dated decor but decent rooms . Will be staying again in September.
