Sad state of disrepair.
The view is wonderful, and the house could be. BUT IT IS NOW IN A VERY SAF STATE IF DISREPAIR. Two windows are closed up with storm shutters. A main set of French doors to the deck is nailed shut with boards, the fireplace is non-functional, multiple fans don’t work, the stove is pitiful. Not what ...

House was next to beach which was perfect. Only negative was that I thought for a beach house it could has some more amenities (beach chairs and towels, for example). But it was a great stay.
