Large, beautiful holiday home in Daun with 14 sleeping possibilities, 3 bathrooms, WiFi

The large holiday home is located in the center of the beautiful small town and the holiday resort Daun, in the immediate vicinity of many sights and excursion destinations.

The City Ferienhaus Vulkaneifel is a combination of the two apartments "Daun" and "Vulkaneifel". It can therefore be booked as a complete house with 185 square meters of living space and an outdoor terrace.

The outside area of the house includes an approximately 45 square meter terrace with garden furniture. The front of the terrace borders on the lively street and the sidewalk and on the side at a small urban park. Due to the central location of the house, the terrace was surrounded by a fence and hedges. The separate entrance to the house leads from the street into the house via the terrace.

Internet / WLAN is available (flat rate 2 € per day encl. All used devices). You will receive a corresponding code word for the WLAN when you book.

A gravel area has been lovingly and elaborately created on the outside of the house. With a fountain and a small waterfall.
The house and the outside areas are illuminated in the evening and at night in a play of colors with LED spotlights.

The house extends over 4 floors and can accommodate up to 12 people. It has 5 sep. Double bedroom, of which a small additional apartment can be reached via a spiral staircase to the upper floor, 3 living rooms with 3 double sofa beds. Dining area in the lower area with an extendable dining table for all persons, 2. Dining area on the upper floor, 4 x HD TV in each living room and in the upper bathroom, 4 x DVD player, CD player, radio and USB connection in 3 living rooms and in the 3 bathrooms, ceiling fan, games etc. 2 kitchens, one of which with dishwasher, 2 x bath tub and shower, 2 x WC (1 x upstairs and 1 x downstairs) and an additional shower with washing facilities (in the basement).

The equipment includes: 2 x microwave, 4 coffee machines (2 x pad, 2 x filter), 2 toasters and 2 kettles. Pots and pans as well as cutlery and dishes for the maximum number of people are of course available. Cots and high chairs can be provided free of charge.

Outside:
In the outdoor area of the City Vacation Home Vulkaneifel there is a 45 sqm terrace with garden furniture. The terrace, fenced with fences and hedges, is on the sunny side of the house and borders the walkway and the busy street. To the side, the terrace borders on a small urban park.
The house has 3 parking spaces. These are located in a garage, in front of the garage and in a free parking space on the neighboring property and can be used there.

Many sights and leisure facilities are within walking distance. Shopping, shopping, restaurants, cafes, cinema, wellness or indoor hot water bath, etc. can be found just around the corner.
A large supermarket and 3 bakeries (also with Sunday sales) are only about 100 to 150 meters away.

The 3 lakes are only 2 to 3 km away. Visit the beautiful spa park in Daun.
The Wehrbüsch hiking area with connection to the Maaren is only about 600 to 700 m away.
A large children's playground is just 100 meters away.
