A private 5 acre rural property set amongst established tropical gardens, only a short 20 minutes to Darwin CBD and Mindil Beach, with a 5 minute drive to the local shopping precinct of Coolalinga. A central location for all the must see tourist locations for your Top End trip. Explore the waterholes of Litchfield NP or head to Dundee Beach for a fishing trip. Kakadu NP is within easy reach. Relax and enjoy the native wildlife on the property while having a BBQ or cooling off in the pool.
The house is located on a 5 acre rural block that is fully fenced and has an electric automatic gate. The house is air conditioned throughout with open plan living connected to a large outdoor veranda, which is fully covered and fly screened. An 8 seat outdoor dining table makes the veranda a perfect area for entertaining. The veranda opens onto a shaded fully fenced pool area. A separate covered BBQ area is also accessible from the veranda.
Make yourself comfortable in this air-conditioned vacation home, featuring a kitchen with a refrigerator and an oven. Complimentary wireless internet access keeps you connected, and a Smart television is provided for your entertainment. Conveniences include a desk and a microwave.

Lovely setting on a large block with tropical fruit trees and abundant bird life.The house was spacious, clean and comfortable, with great outdoor areas, pool, cooling and very good security.The property is not in central Darwin if that is what you are looking for, but we loved the semi-rural location, with Coolalinga shopping centre close by, and good proximity to multiple wetlands and bush spots, with all the Darwin highlights only about 15-25 minutes away by car.The response from the nearby caretaker to a couple of very minor maintenance item during our stay was very prompt and helpful.

Awesome stay

We had a great stay at this property! A beautiful big house with more than enough room for everyone. The host Mireille was so helpful and easy to communicate with. We all really enjoyed our time here, definitely recommend
