Designed for tranquillity, this townhouse features calming, earthy interiors that flow out to an expansive backyard framed by lush greenery—perfect for basking in the sun, taking a dip in the private pool or dining alfresco. Kick back in the air-conditioned living area and enjoy the added convenience of two bathrooms and off-street parking.
Feel at home in this bright and breezy townhouse, where indoor comfort meets outdoor tranquillity. The open-plan living area is designed for relaxed stays, with two comfortable lounges perfect for laid-back afternoons and a large 65cm smart TV with Netflix for entertainment. Timber consoles and a matching coffee table provide ample personal storage, while air conditioning and ceiling fans keep the living area comfortable year-round.

Cook up a storm in the well-equipped kitchen, complete with an electric cooktop, oven, fridge and dishwasher. Stone benchtops wrap around the space, and the cabinetry is fully stocked with cookware, crockery and cutlery to make meal prep a breeze. Share meals at the six-seater dining table, or take things outside to your private garden retreat. The plant-lined deck offers ample space to laze on the loungers, cool down in the private plunge pool, enjoy barbecues on the outdoor dining table for six, or kick back on the beanbags in the sun.

Upstairs, three bedrooms are thoughtfully equipped with ceiling fans, air conditioning, and block-out blinds to ensure a restful sleep. The primary bedroom features a king bed, a sleek ensuite with a walk-in shower, and direct access to a balcony with a sunny sitting nook. This reserve holds historical significance from World War II, and a visit to the Darwin Military Museum offers an educational experience. The Museum and Art Gallery of Northern Territory are also just a quick five-minute drive away, providing engaging tours, talks, and workshops. For a special dining experience with stunning harbor views, Pee Wee’s at the Point is a fantastic choice. If you prefer to dine at home, you'll find an IGA supermarket just an eight-minute walk away. Getting around is a breeze, as buses conveniently run through George Crescent.
