Always stay at the Sandman. This hotel is new and very clean. So much around the hotel too, IKEA, The Keg, Bass Proshop, Costco, and there is a shopping centre around there too! Excellent location!

Stayed for two nights sharing a room with my husband and 83 year old rather mobility challenged mother. This was a perfect place for us. The small kitchenette was a great help. The room was large enough for us, comfy beds and very accessible. Mum loved the hot tub and husband loved the pool. All eas clean and easy to get around. Lots of grocery options within 10 min drive. Food options next door. Really liked the decor in lobby and rooms. Everything is still very new and clean. Kind staff. Could use a more functional bedside reading light, and some non dairy milk and decaf. Otherwise perfect!

nice place, clean. Only 2 issues: 1) requested towel and toiletry updates with card on door before 10am as advised. Nothing was done by evening. 2) tv selection is very limited compared to competitors - basic channels, no hbo etc, no entry point to Netflix

Really liked the hotel…. Parking spots plenty but your parking on the white lines, absolutely no room between the doors… Not as close to the main shopping district as I thought!

Overall, it seemed like normal hotel- was excited to stay here after watching it be built for so long. No big wow factor- really did not like the art work that was basically vandalized for style. The rooms seemed old and the air conditioners/heaters were outdate, clunky and loud. Wouldn’t have expected those in a new build.

Property is really nice and clean and the rooms are very nice as well, but my TV didn't work and was never serviced. The air conditioning started making noises, so they switched me rooms.This stay was not the best although past stays have been fine.

Suite, King, Full Kitchen: Very nice. Liked that it had a shower and a separate bathtub. Bed was ok. Not as comfy as I would have liked. Rooms not sound proofed. Easy to hear noises both inside and outside of room. The heat/ac unit is in the living room therefore I think in the summer it would be kinda warm in the bedroom. Loved the pool, slide, hot tub. Staff were nice and professional and helpful.

We stayed for one night at the Sandman for a small girls night. The property was beautiful, I LOVED the art work located around the property Everything was supper clean (minus the big gross toe nail on the floor- not ours) Other then that it was a great time
