Relax on the screened in porch, play in the game room, or enjoy s’mores by the fire pit. Don't be fooled by the exterior of the home is much larger than it looks! The first floor features three large bedrooms, two bathrooms a living room, large kitchen, dining room and screened in porch. The basement features an additional bedroom, kitchenette, large living room, game room, bathroom, bar and laundry area. The separate basement suite is perfect for groups traveling who want a separate space but enjoy staying together. A rollaway twin size bed is available upon request. *LARGE DRIVEWAY & PLENTY OF STREET PARKING AVAILABLE. Discounts available for extended stays!
For families traveling with little ones, the house is fully equipped with a high chair seat, full sized pack and play, children's books and toys.

- Late check out may be available upon request. Failure to vacate the house at scheduled check out time without advanced approval will result in an additional $75 fee.
We rarely have snow or ice accumulation, however, it can occur. We do not provide routine snow/ice removal services, but they may be available upon request. Please use caution during inclement weather.

The Grove Park House

This is my 2nd stay at The Grove Park House and absolutely love it!. Lots of space and very clean accommodations and plus amenities. Location is great and the neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful. Will definitely be staying again in the future if it's available.

Our son wanted us to come to their performance for Danville's July 4th celebration at the "Carrington" on Craghead. I searched and found this great home! It was only a few miles from us! We were all very pleased with our stay. there is a game room and a screened porch for us to enjoy at night. Fully equipped kitchen, linens provided, they even left a note and snacks for us to enjoy. Home Away From Home

My stay at the Grove Park House was wonderful! Rebecca was a gem to work with from check in to check out! We loved all the homey touches….live plants in all the rooms and the fresh hydrangeas in the kitchen made me feel at home among my own plants! My son especially loved the finished basement with the game room, And plenty of room to spread out! The screened porch was really nice to enjoy the fresh air without worrying about insect. The bedrooms were very spacious with plenty of room to spread out . The neighborhood was very quiet, peaceful, close to restaurants, shopping, etc and we felt very safe! We will definitely reserve again the next time we are in the area!

Great place to stay if you are doing business around Danville!

Our team of EV instructors were looking for a place to stay near Danville CC campus. This VRBO fit the bill, had plenty of rooms for all of our training team, and was available for the mid-week days our course was being held. Everything worked well, the place was clean and comfortable, and had enough parking between the driveway and on street parking for all of our team and their gear. Highly recommend if you are in the Danville VA area!

Great Venue for VIR

We rented this property for our family and a couple of my son’s friends who went to VIR for Hyperfest. This was the perfect house for teenagers. The game room downstairs with the kitchenette was perfect for them. The kitchen was also well stocked and had everything we needed. We could have used a larger skillet, but I was able to make it work with 2 smaller ones. This place was wonderful!

We had to book last minute with the passing of my Father in law. The house was perfect for what we needed and the number of people. The house was perfectly located in town for services and arrangements. Plenty of local establishments close by and just a block from the grocery store and Dollar General. Such a cute, fun and cozy little place and we hope to be able to stay in the same place for our next visit.

Wonderful Property, Close to Everything

This was truly a gem found in Danville with lovely renovations throughout. Four spacious bedrooms, lovely living room and formal dining area, plus an eat-in kitchen, screened in porch, and wonderful family room and game room (with an extra kitchen and bedroom in this area). Exceptionally clean, good Wi-Fi, all in a safe area of town. Single car driveway. Stairs to front door and screened porch. Nice back yard. Excellent communication with owners.
