Clean room, but the entire hotel needs a paint job, and they are having water heater issues. One morning, I couldn't get water to the room at all when I turned on the shower and the sink. I was on the second floor. Breakfast not worth it.

Reserved on the first floor. The first floor had no hot water. Requested a non smoking room. The room had been smoked in. The bathroom sink had hair and debris in it. Walked out into the hallway to get something out of the car around 10pm and all you could smell was cigarette and pot smoke/vape. There were people in the hallways being loud for the most of the night. Didn’t sleep well due to the noise. This was supposed to be a nice motel. Will never stay at a Sleep Inn or book through Expedia again.

The room was spotless, the A/C was running when I got in Which was very nice as it was cold outside, and ended up at 26 degrees in the morning. They had a very nice hot brekfast for a modestly price hotel. Cheese omlettes, with bacon, and all regular fruits, breads etc. The only thing I saw missing was shampoo.

My husband and I have stayed here over the last 4-5 years as we traveled to Florida. Usually it’s pretty good. This time, it was not clean. The place looked like it needed some serious work. The hot water was not working properly, the air conditioner was very loud, the carpet had stains (I’m thinking pets?), the bed linens on one of the beds did not look clean. I’m a pet lover. I’m use to not getting the best room, but this was not good.

We were assigned a room next to a known barking dog who the guest clerk admitted had caused issues before. Obviously we did not have a good sleep! Both the shower and sink faucets dripped constantly. The toilet seat was not screwed down to the toilet. The breakfast shelved had 1 muffin and 2 slices of bread with the attendant leaning against the wall watching. The milk pitcher was empty. 3 guests asked her for a bagel or additional muffin that I overheard. Signs were posted that said they had hot water issues so some showers were not working well. This is the same hotel we’ve stayed at multiple times and enjoyed. What happened?!?!

Bedding was clean. Room and bathroom clean. Carpet needs shampooing. Frequent oder of Marijuana in hall locations. Some decrative plants would enhance overall visual apperance in sitting areas. On tables and room corners. Refrigerator is barely cold. Overall not bad for price. Treadmill needs maintenance. Employees need to dress more appropriately to promote positive atmosphere!
