This gorgeous first floor condo features 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, and 735 square feet of living space. The inviting flow of this home is open and spacious. It boasts a newly remodeled kitchen with quartz countertops, a separate dining area, and an open living room. Here you can relax and enjoy the peek-a-boo views of the water or cozy up by the fireplace on those cooler nights.

The master bedroom features an oversized walk-in closet (Please note that it's now the owners closet and not accessible to guests), an ensuite bathroom, and sliding door access to the patio. You'll love sipping your early morning cup of coffee or enjoying an evening glass of wine on the patio while enjoying the cool ocean breeze.

The condo is ideally situated in a quiet and private location. You'll also enjoy the community pool, spa, gym, clubhouse, and walking trails that lead to the beach. Unwind and watch the sunset over the ocean from the spa just 50 feet away from your home.

Cancellation policy and procedures

Our goal is to keep our prices as competitive as possible, in order to keep them competitive it's important that we avoid the losses that come from cancellations.

Owners of these properties depend on the income and last-minute cancellations result in lost revenue through vacancy and lower prices.

For those that don't like the risk that comes with cancellation policies, we strongly recommend you look into travel insurance. We can recommend one for you.

If you didn't purchase the travel insurance offered by the booking channel, or the one we recommend, you will likely not get any refund.

To ask for an exception to our policy you must first cancel through the booking channel. Exceptions are up to individual owners and are very rare. Your best chance is to ask for a credit to be used for a booking for the same property.

The credit can to be used within the window you cancelled. Ie. If you cancel 3 days before your stay and the owners payout is $4500, you didn't purchase travel insurance you may ask for a credit to be used to reserve the same property no more than 3 days before the drag you want to use the credit for.

Example request.

"I had to cancel because my kids are sick. I didn't purchase the recommended travel insurance. My stay is 3 days away. I'm requesting a credit for the owner payout amount to be used to reserve the same property 3 days before our stay. I.e, we want to stay August 23rd so I will make a request on August 20th if the unit is still available.

Thanks."

An Excellent Experience

The Cozy Condo at Ritz Point was just perfect. The location afforded us walking access to many areas of Dana Point including a mile long path to the beach. The condo was very clean and was stocked with all supplies needed. The bed was comfortable and there was excellent TV access. All in all a highly recommended stay.
