The apartment is located almost 1480 meters above sea level Amidst the ski and hiking paradise Damüls. The holiday village Damüls is known as snow richest place in the world, and in winter offers everything the skiing heart. During the summer time the highest village in the Bregenzerwald shines through excellent hiking and excursions. The apartment with a living space of 70 m² is located directly on the ski slopes and 100 meters from the valley station Oberdamüls. It has two bedrooms (2 and 4 beds) has a private sauna, a fully satisfying equipped kitchen and on the full width balcony. The sofa bed in the living area can be converted into another bed with 2 sleeping places. The orientation provides summer and winter sun all day. The apartment has its own underground parking space. The building has a ski room and a work space with washer and dryer. The apartment (2014) complex reinforced and others established by vorarlberger carpenter. The interior and the design-oriented device, including a sauna makes the apartment at one of the finest in Damüls.

Wir waren eine Gruppe von sechs Personen, überwiegend Erwachsene. Die Wohnung war sehr gut ausgestattet, mit Sauna und beheiztem Skiraum inklusive Skischuhtrockner. Leider lag nicht genug Schnee, um direkt zur Wohnung und zurück Ski zu fahren, aber der Oberdamuls-Lift ist nur fünf Gehminuten entfernt. Wir hatten ein paar wunderschöne Tage.

Die Wohnung ist top, vor allem die eigene Sauna ist etwa Besonderes. Zum Einkaufen in den kleinen Dorfladen kann man laufen, ebenso zu diversen Restaurants. Ein gemütliches Restaurant befindet sich direkt gegenüber. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin verlief super.Ein paar Punkte könnten künftigen Gästen wichtig sein: das eine Schlafzimmer ist innenliegend ohne Fenster, stattdessen mit einer Lüftung. Wir haben daher das andere genutzt. Dieses bekommt man trotz Rollladen nicht richtig dunkel, ggf. also Schlafbrille einpacken. Und: im Sommer ist es in der Wohnung tagsüber auch bei geschlossenen Balkontüren sehr laut, da sie direkt an der Straße liegt, die von unzähligen Motorradfahrern befahren wird. Da es aufgrund der Dorfstruktur in Damüls aber eigentlich keine Unterkünfte in der 2. Reihe gibt, dürfte das fast überall so sein. Nachts ist es ruhig.Wir würden die Wohnung jederzeit wieder buchen.

Ein sehr schöner Urlaub, trotz des unregelmäßigen Wetters. Sehr freundliche Gastgeber und eine sehr schön eingerichtete Wohnung, in welcher alles vorhanden ist was benötigt wird. Die Sauna war der Höhepunkt nach einer langen Wanderung im Regen. Wir kommen wieder. Vielen Dank!

Sehr schöne Unterkunft

Unser Aufenthalt war super. In der Wohnung hat es alles, was man braucht. Wir werden nächstes Mal zwar wieder eine Wohnung mit Terrasse/Garten buchen, weil unsere Kinder das einfach brauchen, aber dafür kann die Wohnung ja nichts :) wir haben das Riesen Bett im einen Zimmer direkt als Familienbett genutzt :) mein Mann hat etwas Rücken bekommen von den Matratzen, aber das ist natürlich auch Typsache. Ich hab super geschlafen :) vorne raus ist es etwas laut bis ca. 22 Uhr und ab 6/7 Uhr wegen der befahrenen Straße, aber mit geschlossenen Fenster geht es gut.

Uitstekend appartement aan de skipiste

Compact appartement, maar dermate slim ingericht dat het niet klein voelt. Uitstekende bedden, volledig ingerichte keuken (enige wat ontbreekt is een waterkoker). Het is 100meter lopen naar de piste en terug kunt u (als er voldoende sneeuw ligt) skiën tot de deur. Kortom: een absolute aanrader!

Wir waren als Familie zum wiederholten Male in der wunderschön eingerichteten Ferienwohnung. Die Lage ist perfekt um morgens sofort in die Berge aufzubrechen und es gibt echt viele wunderschöne Wanderungen im direkten Umfeld. Mit der Gästecard ist es perfekt, man hat alle Bergbahnen und Freibäder im Umfeld kostenlos mit drin und kann jeden Tag etwas neues unternehmen.

Wundervolle Wohnung in toller Lage

Liebevoll eingerichtete Wohnung mit sehr guter Ausstattung. Die Küche hatte alles, was man braucht. Die Betten sind bequem. Die Sauna ist großartig. Tiefgaragenstellplatz. Sehr gute Kommunikation im Vorfeld. Der Check-in hat reibungslos geklappt. Die Lage der Wohnung ist toll. Nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß zum Supermarkt. Die Uga-Bahn ist gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Bus und Restauranta ebenso gut fußläufig zu erreichen. Absolute Empfehlung.
