We reserved a hotel shuttle to the airport in advance, but when we arrived, the bus was overbooked and we were left waiting an additional 30 minutes past our scheduled time. Not only was this stressful with a flight to catch, but the hotel staff offered no accommodation, apology, or sense of urgency. Their indifference to the situation made it clear that guest experience was not a priority. I expected better service and communication, especially for something as important as airport transportation.

It was close to transportation the shuttle service to the airport the room also pretty clean area easy to reach his own restaurant on the side very convenient also the service not bad at all.

Citizen M type hotel and great value for an airport stay. My only comment is some simple updates to the rooms would make a big difference. But they were clean and staff was friendly. Great breakfast!

The features in the room were supposedly run by the ipad attached to the top of the headboard. The ipad did not work in our room and at 2:30 am we spent quite a bit of time trying to get everything to work manually. Lights, air, etc. The shower was next to the bed and not separate in a separate room.

It was generally quite good, but the temperature in the room was set to 30°C (86°F) and never fully cooled off, even after we turned the heat off. It was very warm to sleep.

Close to CDG can reach by airport bus

Check in time at 1600 able to check in around 1445. Room is good size, shuttle bus only run in the morning & evening. Not far from CDG will stay again next time in CDG.
