Disliked: Staff & service
We reserved a hotel shuttle to the airport in advance, but when we arrived, the bus was overbooked and we were left waiting an additional 30 minutes past our scheduled time. Not only was this stressful with a flight to catch, but the hotel staff offered no accommodation, apology, or sense of urgency. Their indifference to the situation made it clear that guest experience was not a priority. I expected better service and communication, especially for something as important as airport transportation.
