I was staying at the hotel the night before I flew home. Very convenient, clean and comfortable. Unfortunately I fell just before I got to the hotel, hurt my arm and shoulder and was in a lot of pain. The staff went above and beyond to take care of me. Helped me with my luggage, got me ice, pulled a modified sling together and were exceptionally kind. Madeleine was especially great. I can’t thank them enough for the TLC when I was hurting and a bit in shock.

Great Location - Poor Option if 3rd person

First the good: great location directly accessible to the shuttles going to all the terminals. Horrible option if you have a 3rd person: the bed was squeaking so badly all night. I did not want to change room in the middle of the night because my elderly parents were already asleep in their bed. When I mentioned this to them via email (because the management was not present when I checked out), they literally lied to me, simply indicating that they did not find any issues with the bed: "Suite à votre signalement, notre service technique a procédé à la vérification du canapé-lit de la chambre 603. Après contrôle, aucun dysfonctionnement ni défaut particulier n’a été constaté." For 2 people, it is a great option - If you have a 3rd person, just make sure you test out the bed prior to settling in for the night...
